Zoey, Zhichun Ye

Zoey provides legal services across the full spectrum of offshore wind development, from procurement through to project execution and claims management. Her current focus is on drafting and negotiating project agreements for large-scale offshore wind developments and advising on contractor disputes during execution.

Before joining Accura, Zoey practised construction and energy disputes at one of Singapore's largest law firms, representing employers, contractors, and state-owned enterprises in civil litigation, international arbitration and mediation.
