Accura advises on heat reuse partnership between atNorth and Selected Group

Accura has advised atNorth on its heat reuse offtake agreement and partnership with Selected Group, relating to atNorth’s DEN02 data centre campus in Ølgod.

Under the agreement, surplus heat from atNorth’s DEN02 data centre campus in Ølgod will be used to heat Selected Group’s large-scale greenhouse development for the cultivation of fresh local produce, drawing on Selected Group’s experience with greenhouse projects of a similar scale. The project is designed to scale in tandem with the development of DEN02, with the first phase expected to be completed in Q3 2028.

Accura advised atNorth on the structuring and negotiation of the heat reuse offtake agreement and partnership, including the underlying commercial arrangements, the regulatory framework and derived real estate considerations relating to the set-up and its interdependencies.
