Daniel provides advice on contractual matters related to energy projects worldwide. His assistance covers all stages of renewable energy projects, from the pre-development and early development stage to construction and from the operation and maintenance stage to settlement.

Daniel is a trained lawyer in both civil law and common law. He obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from Aarhus University in 2020 and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Melbourne in 2023, graduating with First Class Honours.

Moreover, Daniel has a background in tax and company law, advising on transactions, valuation and reorganisation, including in connection with major energy, construction and infrastructure projects.
