Anne-Cathrine Søegaard Tolsøe

Anne-Cathrine specialises in real estate, focusing particularly on business and residential lease law. She advises on all aspects relating to Danish business leases and is particularly focused on advising and optimising her client's property portfolio.

Anne-Cathrine advises domestic and international clients, including private investors and real estate developers, and, in recent years, she has assisted clients with their investments in business, hotel and residential properties and with the negotiation and drafting of business lease agreements and sale and leaseback agreements.
