Birch Ejendomme has entered into an agreement to sell a residential portfolio comprising seven residential projects to Heimstaden Bostad.
The portfolio comprises three townhouse projects and four apartment properties with a total of 703 residential units and a total area of approximately 57,000 m². The projects are located in Horsens, Hasselager, Vejle, Ballerup and Viby Sjælland.
The portfolio consists of a combination of completed properties and projects under construction. The projects under construction are expected to be completed and handed over on an ongoing basis until the fourth quarter of 2027.
