PKA has sold the residential rental property Svanehusene in Irmabyen, Rødovre, to Core Property.
The property comprises 81 rental apartments across two buildings with a total floor area of 8,000 m². Completed in 2018, Svanehusene was developed by PKA with a focus on sustainability, resource efficiency and a healthy indoor climate.
The property is Nordic Swan Ecolabel certified and is located in Irmabyen, which has been developed into a cohesive residential neighbourhood in Rødovre over the past several years.
