CapMan Real Estate’s (“CapMan”) Nordic real estate fund has sold the Campus residential development in Aarhus to Lærernes Pension.
Campus is located close to Aarhus University and comprises 209 residential units and 63 parking spaces.
CapMan acquired the project together with Nordstern in 2020, and the parties have jointly developed the property. The property was completed in 2023 and has since been operated as a rental property. It is currently fully let.
