PensionDanmark Ejendomme has concluded an agreement with real estate developer SVANEN to develop a residential project in the Marielund neighbourhood of Herlev, Denmark.
The project will comprise 229 rental units spread over approx. 17,700 m² as well as a house for joint activities for residents and a business lease. The residential project contributes to the development of the Marielund neighbourhood, which is located close to public transport, schools, day care centres and shopping areas. The project marks the first collaboration between PensionDanmark Ejendomme and SVANEN.
Construction is expected to begin in early 2027 and to be completed in mid-2029.
