Prisma Properties has acquired a commercial development site of approximately 21,000 m² in an established retail area in Næstved for the development of new grocery and discount stores.
As part of the project, Prisma Properties has entered into 10-year lease agreements with two leading discount retailers, which will lease a total of approximately 5,200 m² across one store of approximately 3,200 m² and another store of approximately 2,000 m².
In addition to the space already leased, the project includes remaining development rights of approximately 1,650 m², which Prisma Properties intends to use for additional grocery retail.
Construction is expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026, and the project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027.
