Prisma Properties has purchased a plot of land of approx. 21,000 m² in an established retail area in Næstved, Denmark, with plans to develop new groceries and discount stores.
As part of the project, Prisma Properties has entered into 10-year lease agreements with two leading discount chains, who will occupy a total area of approx. 5,200 m² distributed accros one store of approx. 3,200 m² and another store of around 2,000 m².
In addition to the areas that have already been leased out, the project includes a remaining building right of approx. 1,650 m², which Prisma Properties intends to utilise for additional grocery retail.
Construction is expected to begin in Q4 2026, and the project is expected to be completed in Q3 2027.
