Andreas has extensive knowledge of investments in renewable energy from his work on various projects across most continents, where he has been involved in all contractual aspects of renewable energy investments. In addition to the traditional technologies solar, wind and biogas, Andreas has assisted clients in relation to investments in different types of Power-to-X projects, including e-methanol, green ammonia and green hydrogen.
Andreas's assistance covers all stages of renewable energy projects, from the early development/pre-development stage (e.g. by establishment of joint ventures) through later divestment/acquisition of operational assets. Andreas also assists on more traditional M&A transactions, involving businesses within the renewable energy industry such as technology suppliers, consultancy firms, etc.
