He has extensive experience advising private equity funds and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, and assists clients throughout all stages of the transaction process, from structuring and due diligence to negotiation and closing.
Sebastian has also advised on several public takeover bids in Denmark, as well as other capital markets transactions.
