Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker has entered into an agreement to become a new long term partner in Implement Consulting Group (“Implement”) by acquiring a 25% ownership stake in the company.
Implement is a globally growing management consulting firm that helps organisations turn strategies and ambitions into lasting change. Founded in 1996, the company today employs more than 1,900 people and has a significant international business with offices and operations in six countries.
Since its foundation, Implement has been partner owned. The company is now evolving its ownership model to support its next phase of development through an agreement designed to underpin its continued international growth and make the ownership model more scalable across markets. As part of the transaction, the existing partners will retain a majority ownership stake in Implement.
Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker is a foundation owned investment company whose purpose is to support the philanthropic activities of the Augustinus Foundation while actively investing in Danish businesses.
