Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker has concluded an agreement to become a new long-term partner in Implement Consulting Group (“Implement”) with a 25% equity interest in the firm.
Implement is a globally expanding management consulting firm that specialises in translating strategies and ambitions into lasting change within organisations. Founded in 1996, the firm now has over 1,900 employees and a significant international presence with offices and operations in six countries.
Since its formation, Implement has been partner-operated. It is now developing its ownership model for the next phase with an agreement designed to support the firm’s continued international growth and enable a more scalable ownership model across markets. As part of the transaction, the current partners will continue to hold a majority stake in Implement.
Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker is a foundation-owned investment company whose main purpose is to support the philanthropic activities of the Augustinus Foundation, while also actively investing in the Danish business sector.
