US industrial company Rite-Hite has acquired Danish ventilation company KE Fibertec.
KE Fibertec develops and manufactures textile-based ventilation solutions and has more than 50 years of experience in the field. The company has evolved from a local Danish business into a global supplier of indoor climate solutions based on textile technology.
Rite-Hite is a global manufacturer of solutions for industrial doors, loading docks and workplace safety. Its solutions focus on safety, productivity and efficient operations in industrial facilities.
Following the acquisition, KE Fibertec will become part of Rite-Hite.
