Denmark’s largest healthcare group, Carelink Gruppen, has concluded an agreement with the Swedish company Team Olivia AB concerning the acquisition of the healthcare group Attrives A/S, one of Denmark’s most experienced providers of welfare and care services.
The Attrives Group comprises the companies Olivia Danmark A/S, HOS Skole ApS, HOS Hjem ApS, Omsorg Sjælland ApS and Alenta A/S, all of which provide a wide range of welfare solutions, including personal assistance, support for socially vulnerable individuals, children’s and youth homes, education and nursing homes.
This is the largest acquisition in Carelink Gruppen’s history, bringing the total number of employees in the combined group up to over 5,000 employees and the total revenue to more than DKK 3 billion.
The transaction is subject to the approval of the Danish competition authorities and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.
