Carelink Group, Denmark’s largest welfare services group, has entered into an agreement with Sweden’s Team Olivia AB regarding the acquisition of Attrives A/S, a welfare services group and one of Denmark’s most experienced providers of welfare and care services.
The Attrives group includes Olivia Danmark A/S, HOS Skole ApS, HOS Hjem ApS, Omsorg Sjælland ApS and Alenta A/S, all of which provide a broad range of welfare services, including personal assistance, support for socially vulnerable individuals, children’s and youth residential care, education and nursing home services.
The acquisition is the largest in Carelink Group’s history. Following completion of the transaction, the combined group will have annual revenue exceeding DKK 3bn and more than 5,000 employees.
The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities and is expected to complete during the second half of 2026.
