The Norwegian private equity firm Driv Kapital has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in SERWIZ, a provider of facility management services to businesses across Denmark.
As part of the transaction, SERWIZ will also acquire Kongsvang Cleaning & Facility, which primarily provides commercial cleaning services to private and public sector customers. Kongsvang has more than 1,000 employees.
SERWIZ traces its roots back to 1997 and employs more than 1,700 people, providing services including cleaning and canteen operations to large and medium-sized companies throughout Denmark. The existing management team of SERWIZ will remain co-owners under Driv Kapital’s ownership.
Founded in 2021, Driv Kapital is a Scandinavian-focused investor in the mid-market segment, with a primary focus on business services, software and IT companies. Today, Driv Kapital has capital commitments of NOK 3.5 billion.
Through its investment, Driv Kapital will support SERWIZ’s continued growth and further development as a platform for additional consolidation in the Danish facility management market.
