Julie has specialised in employment and labour law for the past 15 years and has extensive experience advising on all aspects of individual employment law and collective labour law.
Julie advises Danish and international companies on a broad range of employment and labour law matters. She has particular experience advising on management matters, bonus schemes, termination of employment and restrictive covenants, including non compete and non solicitation clauses. She also has extensive experience drafting employment related contracts and agreements, including severance agreements, executive service agreements and consultancy agreements. Julie also represents clients in employment law disputes before the courts.
Through her previous role at Djøf, Julie has also gained extensive experience in collective labour law and collective bargaining matters, including the negotiation and interpretation of collective agreements.
