Urban Partners has entered into an agreement to sell UMEUS Torveporten in Valby to Alma Property Partners and SF Management.
UMEUS Torveporten comprises more than 450 student homes and forms part of Torveporten, which was developed by Urban Partners, Balder and Sjælsø Management as part of the transformation of the former Grønttorv site in Valby into a new urban district comprising student homes and traditional residential properties.
The sale of UMEUS Torveporten is Urban Partners’ final divestment of a UMEUS property.
The sale also marks the conclusion of Urban Partners’ and Balder’s longstanding collaboration on the development of Torveporten. On 1 September, Balder took over the residential property at Torveporten comprising 170 apartments.
Accura advised Urban Partners on the sale of UMEUS Torveporten to Alma Property Partners and SF Management, the sale of the residential property to Balder and the termination of the joint venture with Balder.
