Jyske Bank A/S (“Jyske Bank”) has entered into a binding agreement with the shareholders of FP Kapital A/S to acquire 100% of the shares in FP Kapital A/S (Formuepleje).
Formuepleje is one of Denmark’s largest independent asset managers with approximately 14,000 investors, assets under management of approximately DKK 40bn and nearly 100 employees.
The transaction supports Jyske Bank’s ambition to accelerate growth within asset management and strengthens its position among high net worth clients. For the past 11 years, Jyske Bank has had the most satisfied private banking clients in Denmark.
Completion of the transaction is subject to a number of customary conditions, including relevant regulatory approvals, and is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2026.
