Julie has been engaged in labour and employment law for the past 15 years and has vast experience in providing advice on all aspects of individual employment law and collective labour law.
Julie advises domestic and international companies on a broad range of labour and employment law matters and has particular experience in advising on governance, bonus schemes, termination of employment, non-competition and non-solicitation of customers clauses, drafting contracts related to employment, including severance agreements, executive service agreements and consultancy agreements. Julie also assists our clients in employment law disputes before the courts.
Through her former employment with the trade union Djøf, Julie has obtained extensive experience in collective labour law and collective agreement matters, including negotiations and construction of collective agreements.
