Fahad Anjum

Fahad has extensive experience in all aspects of public procurement law, including experience with public procurement under the Defence and Security Procurement Directive, the Utilities Directive, the Concessions Directive and the Danish Public Procurement Act.

Fahad is particularly experienced in advising contracting authorities, having advised on several of the country's most complex infrastructure projects. In this context, Fahad has gained sector-specific experience in areas such as transport.

Fahad also has experience in representing clients' interests in proceedings before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.
