Denise advises on, drafts and negotiates complex procurement and commercial contracts for renewable energy projects around the globe. She has experience from on- and offshore wind farms, solar farms and Power-to-X projects, located in Europe, Asia and the USA.

She assists clients at all stages of a project, from planning and contract negotiation to claims management and dispute resolution during the operational phase.
