Asger Ernek

Asger specialises in renewable energy and assists and advises domestic and international clients on legal and commercial matters. Asger primarily provides advice on the drafting and negotiation of agreements in connection with large, green infrastructure projects around the world, including biogas, windmill, solar and Power-to-X projects.

Apart from his expertise within renewable energy, Asger has in-depth knowledge of company law, construction law and general commercial and contract law.
