Sarah is particularly experienced in advising on intellectual property rights and life science related issues in a transactional context and has been involved in a significant number of cross border transactions during her career. Sarah's expertise includes the drafting and negotiation of licensing agreements, transfer agreements and other commercial agreements.

Sarah also advises on regulatory matters within amongst others the pharmaceutical and food industries and other life science matters.
