Amalie advises domestic and international businesses on all aspects of competition law from general competition law compliance to transaction-related matters, including merger control and clean team initiatives.

Amalie has experience of merger control from her previous employment at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority where she was involved in some of the largest mergers in Denmark.
