Greater Copenhagen Residential (GCR) has acquired Ryparken ApS, the company that owns Ryparkenkollegiet in Østerbro, Copenhagen.
The property comprises 133 apartments ranging from 35 to 50 sqm. As part of the transaction, the property will become part of the Bohavn residential concept, which includes several residential projects across Greater Copenhagen focusing on smaller apartments and communal facilities.
The acquisition forms part of GCR’s long-term strategy to build a residential property platform focusing on newer residential properties in Greater Copenhagen.
