Rashid Timbilla

Rashid is a Canadian lawyer with experience of transactional and advisory matters. He advises clients on global renewable energy projects, including wind, solar and hydroelectric technologies, from the early development stage to construction and operation.

His work includes managing due diligence activities and the drafting and negotiation of typical project finance documents, such as project contracts, loan agreements, security packages and land contracts.
