Karina advises Danish and international clients in connection with major renewable energy projects and transactions in Denmark with specialisation in Power-to-X projects. In this connection, she has acquired extensive knowledge of the emerging new market for green hydrogen and its regulatory landscape. During her time at Accura, Karina has assisted on a wide array of renewable energy projects. This includes the drafting and negotiation of offtake agreements for the sale and purchase of green hydrogen and its derivatives, tolling agreements, drafting of Power-to-X commercial agreements as well as offtake agreements for green certificates.
Further, as a specialised maritime and shipping lawyer, Karina's experience spans from both litigation and non-litigation work relating to all types of ship-related contracts, including various BIMCO charter parties and bills of lading. With her maritime background, Karina often assists on various transport-related issues across renewable projects.
