Faris Nesheiwat

Faris has experience of all aspects of infrastructure construction contracts, including FIDIC, claims management and project finance.

Faris has previously acted as in-house legal counsel for multinational companies, and he has led contract negotiations on projects in the MENA region. Faris' experience is strengthened by his experience of construction arbitration under ICSID, ICC and ad hoc rules and by his experience of corporate restructuring and insolvency. Faris is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Jordan bars.
