Erlend is particularly experienced in advising on data protection matters in a transactional context and has been involved in a significant number of domestic and cross-border transactions during his career.

Erlend also advises on data protection and the like in connection with completion of compliance projects, preparation of risk assessments, negotiation of processor agreements and handling of security incidents.
