Following an extensive and thorough tender process, one of Denmark’s largest pension companies AP Pension has concluded an agreement with Festina Finance on the adaptation and implementation of a new core system for managing policies.
Accura assisted AP Pension in connection with the tender, including in relation to strategic considerations, process management, qualification and selection of tenderers and the drafting and negotiation of the final contract.
Accura already provides advisory services to AP Pension in connection with IT acquisitions, licence agreements, regulatory assessments, conclusion and negotiation of agreements, and legal disputes.
