The oldest business still operating in Finland, Fiskars Group, with a presence in 30 countries has entered into a strategically important partnership with the global tech company, HCL Technologies.
Fiskars has completed a tender relating to the outsourcing of the majority of Fiskars IT-services, i.e. operation and maintenance of the infrastructure and applications as well as end user services. The outsourcing will result in a global consolidation of Fiskars’ IT supplier landscape.
Accura provided, in partnership with Roschier as local counsel, advice to Fiskars. Accura provided advice on the outsourcing project, including strategic counselling and risk assessment, preparation of the contract, project coordination and negotiation.
