Daniel advises on all aspects of intellectual property rights and marketing law, including green marketing.

He focuses particularly on the drafting and negotiation of agreements relating to intellectual property rights, including licence, transfer and other commercial agreements.

Daniel also has experience with advising on intellectual property rights in a transactional context and with litigation relating to copyright, design, trademark and marketing law disputes.
