Christian Jul Gjølbo

Christian advises on the protection, enforcement and commercialisation of intellectual property rights, including patents, utility models, trademarks, copyrights and design rights. He also advises on marketing law and aspects of regulation relevant to the life science industry.

Christian has a particular interest in the interface between intellectual property rights and artificial intelligence (AI), and, accordingly, his master's thesis concerned the development of generative AI in the light of copyright law.

While still in law school, Christian gained special insights into collective copyright management and the drafting of agreements regarding the clearance of copyrights.
