Camilla specialises in company law, commercial agreements and M&A. Camilla advises domestic and foreign businesses and has many years' experience of capital structures, reorganisations and business acquisitions and divestments.

Camilla also co-heads Accura's incentives & remuneration group. Camilla has extensive experience of advising PE funds and companies in connection with incentive schemes for both employees and management. Camilla takes a very commercial approach to advising her clients and has extensive international experience.
