Funds managed by the international private equity firm CVC Capital Partners have agreed to acquire a majority stake in Scan Global Logistics.
Scan Global Logistics is a global transportation and logistics company that provides tailored end-to-end logistics and freight forwarding solutions to individual customers across air, ocean, rail, road and warehousing.
Headquartered in Copenhagen, Scan Global Logistics has a presence in over 150 locations in 45 countries and employs more than 3,300 people. The company has a turnover of more than DKK 20bn.
Backed by CVC Capital Partners, Scan Global Logistics now wants to accelerate its international growth.
Closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and other conditions.
