Camilla co-heads Accura's Corporate & Commercial Team.

Camilla specialises in commercial agreements, company law and M&A. She advises domestic and foreign businesses and has several years' experience with capital structures, reorganisations and business sales and acquisitions.

Camilla has extensive experience in advising PE funds and businesses in connection with incentive schemes for both management and employees. Camilla adopts a very commercial approach in advising her clients and has extensive international experience.
