As at 1 July 2022, Accura has appointed Camilla Holstener Fahrenholtz and Alan Pai as new partners, Jesper Tøttrup Philip as a new associate partner and Zohra Kolai Rehling as a new director.

Camilla Holstener Fahrenholtz – new partner
Camilla is a part of Accura’s Corporate & Commercial Team.
Camilla specialises in company law, commercial agreements, incentive schemes and M&A. She advises domestic and foreign businesses on company and commercial law issues and has many years’ experience of the formation of companies, companies’ capital structures, reorganisation of groups, and the acquisition and divestment of companies. Camilla adopts a very commercial approach in advising her clients and has extensive international experience.
Camilla was admitted to the Danish bar in 2010 and joined Accura in 2019.
Alan Pai – new partner
Alan is part of Accura’s M&A Team.
He provides advice on Danish and international business transfers, including in particular on process planning, structuring of transactions, completion of due diligence and drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. In addition, he specialises in company law and is highly experienced in advising on general company and commercial law matters with a focus on capital and shareholder matters, reorganisations and negotiations of commercial agreements.
Alan joined Accura in 2008, and, over the years, he has been involved in some of the largest M&A transactions on the Danish market and has been the project manager of several complex business transfers.
Jesper Tøttrup Philip – new associate partner
Jesper is a part of Accura’s Renewable Energy Team.
Jesper assists on all types of renewable energy projects with commercial and legal issues in relation to contract negotiation and bankability.
In respect of offshore wind, Jesper assists both developers and suppliers globally with the negotiation and execution of projects. Jesper also assists clients with the development of renewable energy projects, including with all aspects of the initial decision-making stages, through construction, claims management and operation.
Jesper was admitted to the Danish bar in 2016 and joined Accura in January 2022.
Zohra Kolai Rehling – new director
Zohra is a part of Accura’s Renewable Energy Team.
Zohra has previously worked for and advised both developers and suppliers and has been involved in the sourcing and execution of large supply and installation agreements for various wind farms globally. Zohra is highly specialised in providing advice on and drafting and negotiating large infrastructure agreements in a global context as well as advising on legal and commercial risks during the construction phase.
Zohra became legal advisor in 2018 and joined Accura in January 2022.
