Tue Ravnholt Frandsen joins Accura as a partner on 16 November 2019.
Accura’s commitment to advising its clients on highly complex transactions is set to be strengthened even further as the firm has recruited Tue Ravnholt Frandsen who will bring his knowledge and extensive experience within M&A transactions.
Tue Ravnholt Frandsen joining as a partner is part of Accura’s strategy to expand its market position within M&A transactions.
Tue Ravnholt Frandsen joins Accura together with his closest team on 16 November 2019. The team comprises associate partner Lars Mygind Bojsen, attorney Cecilie Delcomyn Dohn, attorney Rudi Skjødt Jensen and assistant attorney Sandra Helene Askildsen.
At the beginning of December 2019, Accura’s M&A Team will be strengthened even further when partner Torben Nørskov and assistant attorney Maria Thornbye also join the team.
