Mikkel is specialist coordinator of Accura's Corporate & Commercial Team and provides specialised advisory services to domestic and international clients on complex company law matters.

He also provides advice on matters concerning boards of directors and executive boards, environment, social and governance (ESG) matters and capital market law matters. Furthermore, he has extensive experience of legal proceedings.
