Michael Nielsen Oranges

Michael has completed the Luxembourg Cours Complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois (CCDL) and has comprehensive understanding of the Luxembourg fund legislation, tax and fund structuring from his years working at a tier 1 Luxembourg-based investment funds boutique law firm.

Michael provides advice to Danish and international private equity funds and asset managers in connection with the establishment and operation of investment funds. Moreover, Michael advises institutional investors and other professional investors on investments in and co-investments with private equity funds.
