Christian Monberg
Christian is a part of Accura’s EU & Competition Team.
He is one our generation’s absolute top advisors, and he has extensive experience of advising domestic and multinational companies on all aspects of competition law. Christian also has extensive experience of and well-documented achievements in antitrust proceedings.
Christians was admitted to the Danish bar in 2018 and joined Accura in 2021.
Jens Harkov Hansen
Jens heads Accura’s Data Protection/GDPR Team.
Jens advises businesses, public authorities and other organisations on data protection and compliance, including on the GDPR. Jens has been engaged in data protection his entire professional career and is one of Denmark’s leading experts in this area.
Jens was admitted to the Danish bar in 2012 and joined Accura in 2017.

Andreas Steen Vallentin-Hansen
Andreas is a part of Accura’s M&A Team.
He advises domestic and international businesses and private equity funds on all aspects of the M&A process. He also has extensive experience of assisting issuers and managers with Danish IPOs and public takeover bids. Andreas also advises tech start-ups on funding, go-to-market and growth strategies.
Andreas was admitted to the Danish bar in 2016 and joined Accura in 2018.
Christian Kjærgaard Aunvig
Christian is a part of Accura’s Real Estate Team.
He advises on domestic and international real estate transactions, development projects, hotels, business lease law and general commercial and contract law. In recent years, Christian has provided assistance to both buyers and sellers in some of the largest and most complex transactions and development projects on the Danish market.
Christian was admitted to the Danish bar in 2017 and joined Accura in 2020.
Kenny Michael Andersen
Kenny is a part of Accura’s M&A Team.
He advises domestic and international business enterprises, financial businesses and private equity funds on business transfers and mergers. He has extensive experience working with banking and financing law, e.g. in relation to financing of businesses transfers, real estate and project financing and alternative investments.
Kenny became a legal advisor in 2014 and joined Accura in 2015.
Lise Grothen
Lise is a part of Accura’s Real Estate Team.
She focuses primarily on real estate transactions and large development projects relating to privately-owned homes, cooperative housing and business properties. Lise has extensive experience of project development cases, and she provides advice to both domestic and international clients, including private equity funds, institutional investors, real estate developers, players subject to construction law and real estate companies.
Lise was admitted to the Danish bar in 2017 and joined Accura in 2020.
Morten Steensen Jacobsen
Morten is a part of Accura’s M&A Team.
He advises domestic and international businesses and private equity funds on business transfers. He also advises on structuring considerations, completion of legal due diligence and W&I insurance. Moreover, Morten has extensive experience of general company and commercial law matters with a focus on capital and shareholder matters.
Morten was admitted to the Danish bar in 2015 and joined Accura in 2017.
Peter Brask Tind
Peter is a part of Accura’s IT & Outsourcing Team.
He specialises in IT, outsourcing, e-commerce, personal data protection and open-source licensing. He has extensive experience of selling and acquiring technology-based businesses, negotiating complex outsourcing contracts, system acquisitions, licence agreements and advising on e-commerce.
Peter was admitted to the Danish bar in 2013 and joined Accura in 2012.
