Sedgwick Leif Hansen has been acquired by Sedgwick, which then obtains full ownership of the Danish insurance services provider. With the sale, Leif Hansen Gruppen transfers its majority shareholding to Sedgwick, which has been the minority shareholder up until now.
Sedgwick Leif Hansen is Denmark’s largest full-service provider of services within claims assessment, risk assessment and claims handling in the insurance industry. The company was formed in 2002 and, today, has a team of more than 140 employees.
