Recover acquires Danish industrial service company

The EQT-owned service company Recover has acquired the industrial service company KloAgger.

KloAgger provides sewage and drainage services and CCTV surveys for private individuals, businesses and public institutions throughout Region Zealand, Denmark.

KloAgger was formed in 2012 by the former football player Daniel Agger and his brother Marco Agger, the CEO of the company. KloAgger will continue under its own name as a subsidiary of Recover Denmark.

Recover is the market leader for non-discretionary property remediation and environmental services in Scandinavia, employing approx. 3,000 people. Recover provides emergency property remediation and environmental services to help mitigate the impact of water and fire damage, to help prevent and reduce the costs associated with extreme weather conditions and to make cities safer by maintaining mission-critical infrastructure. Recover was acquired by the private equity fund EQT in 2019.

The acquisition of KloAgger is an important part of Recover’s strategy to build a reputable Scandinavian environmental services company.
