The pan-European label printing group Optimum Group has acquired the Danish label printing company LABELCO.
LABELCO is a leading printing company specialised in the production of self-adhesive labels for the Danish industry and a range of European countries. The company is headquartered in Hinnerup, Denmark, and has 35 employees.
LABELCO is one of the few printing companies in Denmark certified in accordance with the BRCGS global standard for food safety.
Optimum Group is a leading European label printing group. Following the acquisition of LABELCO, Optimum Group consists of 18 businesses with activities in Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The acquisition of LABELCO is part of Optimum Group’s European growth ambitions.
In 2020 and 2021, Accura also advised Optimum Group in connection with the acquisitions of several Danish printing companies.
Optimum Group is owned by the private equity fund IK Investment Partners.
