The pan-European label printing group Optimum Group has during 2021 acquired the four Danish label companies Scanket, Labelsupply, Odense Seglmærkefabrik and Etiflex.
The four companies are leading specialists in the production of self-adhesive labels and are headquartered in Birkerød, Lynge, Odense and Them, respectively. The current managements of the four companies will continue to be a part of the Optimum Group.
The Optimum Group is a leading label printing group and, following the acquisition of the four companies, the Optimum Group consists of 16 companies with operations in Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The acquisitions of the four companies are part of the Optimum Group’s European growth ambitions, and Optimum Group has now acquired 10 companies since 2018.
The Optimum Group is owned by the private equity fund IK Investment Partners.
