The financial advisory house NORTH has acquired insurance broker Ensure International Insurance Broker (West) (“Ensure (West)”).
Ensure (West) is one of three business units in Ensure. The two other business units Ensure International Insurance Broker and Ensure International Insurance Broker (East) will continue under the Ensure brand.
Ensure (West) offers both impartial and expert-based advice and selection and evaluation of non-life insurance providers for businesses in Jutland and Funen, Denmark. Ensure (West) is managed by the two founders Eva Madsen and Mogens Rohde, who also founded Ensure International Insurance Broker back in 2013.
Ensure (West) provides services to its clients from offices in Aarhus and Odense, Denmark, where the two founders work together with 17 employees and 13 associate partners.
NORTH is Denmark’s leading impartial financial advisory house within business insurance, company pension, financial products and mortgage credit. NORTH is majority-owned by the private equity fund Polaris and was formed in 2021 based on the merger of four advisory businesses.
Since its formation, NORTH has acquired several businesses, including four businesses announced earlier this week.
