The financial advisory house NORTH has made four new acquisitions of the advisory businesses Danske Forsikringsmæglere, DFM Vordingborg, Focus Pensionsagentur and Forsikringsrådgiverne ApS, respectively.
With the acquisitions, NORTH strengthens its resources and value propositions to its clients while increasing its local representation.
NORTH is Denmark’s leading impartial financial advisory house within business insurance, company pension, financial products and mortgage credit. NORTH is majority-owned by the private equity fund Polaris and was formed in 2021 based on the merger of four advisory businesses. Subsequently, NORTH has acquired several businesses.
