MT Højgaard has sold its activities in the subsidiary Ajos to Adapteo. The sales price is approx. DKK 325m.
Ajos was formed in 1983 and is a leader in Denmark in the rental of modular buildings for schools, office facilities, after-school centres, etc. The sale of Ajos includes a range of specialised employees and all equipment, including 1,200 pavilions.
Adapteo is the leading provider of adaptable buildings in Northern Europe with a building portfolio of 1.3m m2.
