DCC Energi has acquired 21 unmanned petrol stations from HK Olie, expanding its already extensive network of petrol stations in the Danish market.
The acquisition is part of DCC Energy’s development of the Shell network in Denmark, which DCC Energi has been operating since 2016. Following the acquisition, the network now comprises a total of 216 locations across the country. The acquired petrol stations strengthen the local presence in Central and Southern Jutland and further expand the presence of the Shell brand in Denmark.
The transaction has been completed after all required regulatory approvals have been obtained. The petrol stations will be converted into Shell Express petrol stations over the coming period.
