Boyum IT Solutions acquires German NETRONIC

Boyum IT Solutions, which is majority-owned by Volpi Capital, has acquired the German software company NETRONIC.

NETRONIC is behind the production-scheduling tool based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, which is used for, among other things, SMEs in industrial contexts. The company was formed in 1975 and is headquartered in Aachen, Germany.

Boyum IT Solutions is a leading provider of SAP Business One ERP solutions. The company offers specialised software solutions within manufacturing, logistics and general interface, workflow and usability. Boyum IT Solutions has more than 12,000 customers in 130 countries.

Boyum IT Solutions entered into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central’s ecosystem with the acquisition of Danish Perfion. The plan is now for NETRONIC to reinforce this investment.
